Is it over yet?

We ask ourselves this question nearly every day.  But sadly, it's not.  We still have a little ways to go, but progress is made everyday.  The bathroom plumbing, at least what's under the foundation has been sorted out -- next up: everything else!  The upper kitchen cabinets have been mounted and tirmmed out.  The new stove and microwave (both brand new and purchased from a craigslist ad) are here are ready to be hooked up.  The pocket door for the bathroom has been installed as well.  Much of the moldings around the flooring, doors and windows has been completed.  And all the baseboard heating has been installed as well.  We've dug more than half of the gutter drainage and we're near completion of that little project as well.   The chain link fence on the apartment side of the house has been removed.  Now there is no ugly barrier between our house and the Carriage house next door.   Onward.
