Nick decided to buy a house and just like magic (poof) he made it happen. It's a 2 family house situated on a Creek in the Lower Hudson River Valley. The idea is that we will live in the upstairs and rent the downstairs out. It's one of the few properties on the block that has a nice piece of land attached and the whole property has huge potential The goal here is to track our progress while we renovate and invest huge amounts of sweat equity. We've decided to the entire project ourselves - yes, there is a great deal of satisfaction that comes from that - but also, we're broke! So there you have it. The work begins.
