The Downstairs

Now, since this is an income property the biggest priority is getting the downstairs apartment renovated and rented.  However, the previous owners did not have the best carpenters working for them and the end result was a mess.   It was poorly designed and executed.  The kitchen and bathroom were both set up in an alley sort of configuration.  And if you weighed any more than 200 lbs there was no way you're getting from the sink to the toilet without slapping some butter on the walls.  RIDICULOUS!
